Inside MixCalendar

Privacy Policy

How MixCalendar handles account information, local calendar drafts, optional location, analytics, advertising cookies, and public sharing.

Scope and contact

This policy describes data use on MixCalendar. For privacy questions, contact 23 AI Studio through the website linked on our contact page. External websites linked from MixCalendar have their own privacy policies.

Accounts and saved calendars

Creating an account provides information such as your name, email address, authentication information, profile, and preferences. When you save a personal calendar, its dates, title, description, and other submitted details are stored for your account. Authentication uses cookies or similar session mechanisms to keep you signed in.

We use this information to provide sign-in, saved calendars, preferences, and the sharing features you request. Our application uses Supabase-hosted database infrastructure to store account and saved-calendar records.

Browser storage and optional location

Tools use local storage for drafts and preferences, including selected region, week start, and some personal calendar inputs. People who can access the same browser profile may be able to access this data. You can clear it through your browser settings, which may remove unsaved work.

The sunlight tool requests device location only when you choose its location feature and grant browser permission. The current implementation rounds coordinates to two decimal places and keeps the location and timezone in browser storage for local calculations. You can reset the location in the tool or revoke permission in your browser.

Analytics and advertising

MixCalendar integrates Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as downloads and sharing. Information may include page addresses, referrers, device information, cookies or identifiers, and interaction events. Hosting and network providers may also process IP addresses and request information when delivering the service.

MixCalendar integrates Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize advertising across websites, subject to applicable settings and consent.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and participating vendors' opt-out services. Browser cookie controls and any consent options presented on the site provide additional choices. Blocking cookies may affect sign-in or other features. See the linked Google resources below for details about its data use.

Public pages, images, and links

Saving and publishing are different actions. If you publish a calendar, the content included in that public page can be accessed by people who have its link and may be discovered or copied. A short link or QR code makes the same destination easier to reach; it is not a privacy control.

Downloaded or shared images may contain the personal details visible in your calendar. Copies distributed outside MixCalendar are not controlled by the site. Review content before publishing or sharing, and avoid including sensitive appointments or other people's private information without permission.

Retention and your choices

Local drafts remain until removed by you, the application, or your browser. Account records are retained to provide the service and address operational requirements; this policy does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion enquiries. Backups and necessary security records may not disappear immediately when a request is processed.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Use our contact page to raise a request. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically needed and a suitable submission method has been agreed.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when product features or data practices change. The updated date on this page identifies the current text. Review this policy before using newly introduced sharing or account features.
